1. Service identity
Quant Server provides VPS and RDP hosting services under the QuantVPS brand. By ordering or using a QuantVPS service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Service description
QuantVPS plans provide server resources such as CPU, RAM, SSD storage, region availability, and a dedicated IPv4 address as listed on the active plan page. Current plans are offered in the United States region unless stated otherwise.
3. Orders and delivery
Orders may be handled through the payment links configured on the website for VPS and RDP offers. Customers must provide accurate delivery information, including an email address used to send credentials and service communication. Access details are provided after payment/order confirmation and provisioning.
4. No refunds
All sales are final. Quant Server does not provide refunds after a server has been provisioned, credentials have been delivered, or resources have been reserved for the customer. Customers should review specifications, region, price, and intended use before ordering.
5. Customer responsibility
Customers are responsible for all activity performed on their VPS or RDP service. This includes installed software, scripts, websites, bots, remote access activity, data stored on the server, security settings, and compliance with applicable laws.
6. Acceptable use
Services may be used for legitimate websites, automation, bots, monitoring, remote desktop workflows, and other lawful 24-hour tasks. Customers must follow applicable laws, keep their service activity responsible, and follow the VPS and RDP abuse rules below.
7. VPS and RDP abuse rules
DDoS activity, stress testing against third-party targets, and port scanning are not allowed on any VPS or RDP service. Services used for these activities may be suspended or terminated without refund.
8. Suspension and termination
Quant Server may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any VPS or RDP service without refund if the customer breaks these rules, creates provider complaints related to these rules, or threatens service stability. Terminated services may lose access, data, IP assignment, and remaining service time.
9. Renewals and expiration
Plans are renewable monthly unless stated otherwise. Customers should renew before expiration to avoid service interruption, suspension, deletion, or reassignment of resources. Quant Server is not responsible for data loss caused by late renewal or expired service.
10. Availability and changes
Quant Server aims to provide durable hosting, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Maintenance, upstream provider issues, abuse handling, hardware events, or network incidents may affect availability. Plan specifications, prices, stock, and regions may change for new orders.
11. Support
Support is available by email at support@quantvps.io. Telegram at t.me/quantserver may be used for community news, availability updates, and general announcements. Support covers access and service-related questions, but does not include full management of customer applications, custom software, or third-party platforms unless separately agreed.
